Shipping & Returns
For orders within the EU, My Travelling Socks products will be shipped and delivered via CTT or NACEX within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the city of destination.
Due to COVID-19, CTT is currently not using hand delivery nor signatures for registered shipping. The packages are placed on your mailbox so please make sure to verify it. This provider will not contact you upon delivery if any issue arises.
My Travelling Socks does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will ship out at maximum 3 days after being placed. If you experience delays please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Travelling Socks is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier, and you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to My Travelling Socks.
If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
Please email us at and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return. We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our socks better).
If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.
